Our trenchless pipe repair system (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) is the clear choice for a variety of plumbing issues such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe. Unlike traditional plumbing methods, our pipe relining process eliminates any existing or potential damage, creating a watertight pipe that is strong and permanent.The process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin before inserting it into the inversion drum and releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. The resin cures at ambient temperature, but the process can be accelerated by passing warm water or steam through the liner. After the new pipe lining process is complete, the robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines. This process usually only takes a day or two, and is carried out from our trucks equipped with the latest, most advanced technology.
