Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to plumbing issues such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing junctions between pipes, Prime Pipe Relining’s trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) is the clear choice. Utilising the latest technology, the process involves inserting a flexible textile liner soaked in resin into the inversion drum and then releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. The resin cures at ambient temperature, however, warm water or steam can be passed through the liner to accelerate the curing process. This creates a completely new watertight pipe within the old one, providing a strong and permanent solution. The robotic camera then surveys the pipe and slowly cuts out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines, usually taking no more than a day or two.
