Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we are proud to offer a revolutionary pipe repair method known as trenchless or no-dig pipe repair, also known as pipe relining and rehabilitation. This method has plenty of advantages over traditional plumbing, making it the ideal solution for many plumbing issues such as blocked drains, damaged pipes, and pipe junctions.Unlike traditional plumbing, pipe relining is a much more straightforward and efficient process. We use a flexible textile liner soaked in resin, which is then inserted into the inversion drum and released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This process liners the inside of the old pipe, preventing any further damage and creating a completely new, watertight pipe. To speed up the curing process, warm water or steam can be passed through the liner.Once the relining process is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered up. This process usually takes a day or two at most, and is done using our advanced trucks, which are equipped with power, air, and water. This means that home owners can go about their daily routine while we take care of the repair.
