Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand the importance of effective plumbing solutions. That’s why we specialise in trenchless, no-dig pipe repair, or pipe relining/rehabilitation. This innovative technique offers numerous advantages over traditional methods, making it the ideal choice for dealing with blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes and repairing junctions between pipes.Unlike traditional plumbing, trenchless pipe relining is a hassle-free process. We use a flexible textile liner soaked in resin, which we insert into the inversion drum and then release into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This process lines the inside of the old pipe and eliminates any existing or potential damage, all without the need for invasive digging. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, although the curing time can be significantly reduced by passing warm water or steam through the liner. The result is a completely new, watertight pipe within the old one – a strong, permanent solution to your damaged or blocked pipes.Once the relining process is complete, we use a robotic camera to survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.
