Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to plumbing issues like blocked drains, patching damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions between pipes, Prime Pipe Relining has the perfect solution: Trenchless or no-dig pipe repair. Not only does this method have plenty of advantages over the traditional plumbing approach, but it comes with none of the hassle.At Prime Pipe Relining, we use a process called Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP). This involves inserting a flexible liner that has been soaked in resin into an inversion drum, and then releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurized air or water. The liner lines the inside of the old pipe and eliminates any existing or potential damage, while the resin cures at ambient temperature. This process can be expedited by passing warm water or steam through the liner.Once the new pipe lining is complete, we survey the pipe using a robotic camera and carefully cut out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines. This process typically takes just one to two days, and is done out of Prime Pipe Relining’s trucks that are equipped with the latest, most advanced technology.
