Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we provide a trenchless, no-dig solution to a number of plumbing issues such as blocked drains, damaged pipes, and pipe-to-pipe repairs. Our method of pipe relining or rehabilitation is the clear choice compared to traditional plumbing, as it comes with plenty of advantages.The process starts by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and inserting it into an inversion drum. Then, pressurised air or water is used to release the liner into the damaged pipe. The liner creates a new, watertight pipe within the old one, completely eliminating any existing or potential damage.The resin used in the process cures at ambient temperature, but the process can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. Once the process is complete, a robotic camera is used to survey the pipe and cut out the junctions covered by the CIPP process. This process usually takes one to two days and is done out of Prime Pipe Relining’s trucks, equipped with the latest, most advanced technology.Homeowners can leave the premises and go about their daily routines, as our trucks are powered with air, water, and electricity.
