Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand the advantage of trenchless (or no-dig) pipe repair and pipe relining/rehabilitation over traditional plumbing methods. Our pipe relining process is a cost-effective and efficient solution to clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing junctions from pipe to pipe. Unlike traditional plumbing, our pipe relining process does not require digging and disruption to your home and property. To begin, a flexible textile liner is soaked in resin and inserted into the inversion drum. Then, pressurised air or water is used to release the liner into the damaged pipe. The resin cures at ambient temperature and is sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. This creates a new, watertight pipe within the old one, providing a strong and permanent solution to your damaged or blocked pipes. Once the pipe relining process is complete, our robotic camera surveys the pipe and cuts out the junctions that have been covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines. This process usually only takes a day or two, and our state of the art trucks are equipped with power, air, and water, making it easy to complete the job without inconveniencing you or
