Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to plumbing issues like clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe, Prime Pipe Relining's trenchless, no-dig pipe repair method is the clear choice. Unlike traditional plumbing, this new, innovative pipe relining technology comes with plenty of advantages.The process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and then inserting it into an inversion drum. The liner is then released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water, effectively lining the inside of the old pipe and eliminating any damage. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, although the process can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. Once the resin is cured, a new, watertight pipe is created within the old one, providing a strong, permanent solution.Using the latest and most advanced technology, Prime Pipe Relining can then survey the pipe with a robotic camera and slowly cut out the junctions that were covered by the CIPP process. The process can usually be completed within a day or two and can be carried out in one of Prime Pipe Relining's state of the art trucks, which are backed with power, air, and water.
