Stages Of Pipe Relining

Our trenchless, no-dig repair process is the solution to a number of plumbing issues, such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe. Our pipe relining process is quick, easy, and efficient. We start by inserting a flexible textile liner that is soaked in resin into the inversion drum. Then, this is released with pressurised air or water into the damaged pipe. The resin cures at ambient temperature, though the process can be accelerated by passing warm water or steam through the liner. This creates a new, watertight pipe within the old one, providing a strong and permanent solution. Once the process is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe, slowly cutting out the junctions that have been covered up. This usually only takes a day or two, and is all done from the comfort of our state-of-the-art trucks, equipped with power, air, and water.
