Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand that traditional plumbing methods can be a hassle, which is why we offer the latest trenchless, no-dig pipe repair technology as an alternative. Our pipe relining/rehabilitation process is a superior choice for a variety of plumbing issues, from clearing blocked drains to patching and repairing junctions between pipes.Rather than digging up and replacing an entire pipe, our pipe relining process involves a flexible, resin-soaked textile liner that is inserted into the inversion drum and released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This process completely lines the inside of the old pipe, providing a strong, permanent solution to any existing or potential damage. The resin cures at ambient temperature, though this process can be expedited by passing warm water or steam through the liner. Once the new pipe lining is complete, we use a robotic camera to survey the pipe and cut out any junctions that have been covered by the CIPP process. This process typically takes a day or two and is completed from one of our trucks equipped with the latest and most advanced technology.
