Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we provide our clients with the clear choice when it comes to resolving a number of plumbing issues such as blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions between pipes. Our trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) process offers many advantages over the traditional plumbing method – with no mess, minimal disruption, and quick curing times.The relining process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and then inserting it into the inversion drum. It is then released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This completely lines the inside of the old pipe, eliminating any existing or potential damage and creating a completely new, watertight pipe. With the use of warm water or steam, the curing process can be significantly reduced.Once the process is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered. This usually only takes a day or two max and is done out of our trucks which are equipped with the latest, most advanced technology. Home owners don’t need to worry about being displaced from their homes either, as we have power, air, and water at our disposal.
