Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we believe that our trenchless pipe repair (also known as pipe relining or rehabilitation) is the clear choice for a wide range of plumbing issues, such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing junctions between pipes. Compared to traditional plumbing methods, there are many advantages to our modern pipe relining system.The process involves soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and inserting it into an inversion drum, before releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This enables the complete lining of the inside of the old pipe, eliminating existing or potential damage. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, though this process can be accelerated by passing warm water or steam through the liner.Once the process is complete, a robotic camera surveys the pipe and cuts out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines. At Prime Pipe Relining, this entire process usually only takes a day or two and is completed from our state of the art trucks, which are equipped with power, air and water. This allows homeowners to go about their daily routine, knowing that the job will be done quickly and efficiently.
