Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we believe in the power of trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining or rehabilitation). This method of plumbing has plenty of advantages over traditional pipe repair, making it the clear choice when it comes to dealing with blocked drains, damaged pipes, and repairing pipe junctions. Unlike traditional plumbing, pipe relining does not require extensive excavation. Instead, our technicians will insert a flexible liner soaked in resin into the damaged pipe, which is then pushed in with pressurized air or water. The resin cures at ambient temperature, though this process can be reduced using warm water or steam. When cured, the new liner forms an entirely new and watertight pipe inside the existing one, providing a strong, permanent solution. Afterwards, our team will survey the pipe using a robotic camera and cut out the covered junctions and branch lines. Prime Pipe Relining's trucks are equipped with the latest technology, so homeowners don't have to stay on the premises while we work. In most cases, the job is completed within one or two days.
