Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we offer a no-dig, trenchless pipe repair solution that is superior to traditional plumbing methods. Our pipe relining procedure, also known as pipe rehabilitation, has numerous advantages in comparison to the older methods when it comes to addressing plumbing problems like blocked drains, patching up broken pipes, and repairing pipe-to-pipe junctions. Using our advanced technology, a flexible liner is soaked with resin and inserted into an inversion drum. This liner is then pushed into the damaged pipe with pressurized air or water. The process coats the inside of the old pipe, erasing any damage. The resin then cures either at room temperature, or you can speed up the process by passing warm water or steam through the liner. This creates a completely new, watertight pipe inside the old one, providing a strong, permanent solution. Once the new pipe lining process is complete, we survey the pipe and carefully cut out the junctions that were covered with the CIPP process and other branch lines.
