Our state-of-the-art trucks are equipped with power, air and water, so you can go about your day while we take care of business.The process begins with a flexible textile liner soaked in resin, which is then inserted into an inversion drum and released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This completely lines the inside of the old pipe, eliminating any existing or potential damage. The resin cures at ambient temperature, but the process can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner.Once the new pipe lining is complete, a robotic camera surveys the pipe and cuts out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.
