Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to clearing blocked drains, patching damaged pipes, and repairing pipe-to-pipe junctions, Prime Pipe Relining's trenchless, no-dig pipe repair offers more than traditional plumbing methods. This new, advanced way of repairing plumbing infrastructure eliminates many of the problems associated with the older methods.The process begins with a flexible liner, which is soaked in resin and inserted into an inversion drum. This liner is then released into the damaged pipe, either through pressurized air or water. The resin cures at ambient temperature, but this process can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner.The curing process produces a new, watertight pipe within the old one, providing a strong, permanent solution to your plumbing issues. After the new pipe is complete, a robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.At Prime Pipe Relining, our team of experts is equipped with the most advanced technology and state-of-the-art trucks that are powered by air, water, and electricity.
