Stages Of Pipe Relining
For any plumbing issue, from clearing blocked drains to patching up damaged pipes and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe, the clear choice is Prime Pipe Relining’s trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining / rehabilitation). This method of plumbing has numerous advantages over the traditional approach, making it the ideal choice for any plumbing repair. The process is simple: a flexible textile liner is soaked in resin and then inserted into the inversion drum using pressurised air or water. This fully lines the inside of the old pipe, eliminating any existing or potential damage. The resin cures at ambient temperature, though the process can be accelerated with the introduction of warm water or steam through the liner. After curing is complete, a new watertight pipe is created within the old one, providing a strong and permanent solution.The robotic camera then surveys the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines. This process is completed quickly and conveniently, with Prime Pipe Relining's state-of-the-art trucks providing power, air and water.
