Stages Of Pipe Relining

This innovative method of pipe repair offers many advantages over traditional plumbing, making it the ideal solution for a variety of infrastructure issues.At Prime Pipe Relining, our expert technicians use a process known as Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) to repair and renew damaged pipes. This involves soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and then inserting it into the inversion drum. Pressurised air or water is then used to feed the liner into the old pipe, before curing the resin to create a new, watertight pipe within the old one.Our team is equipped with the latest technology, which allows us to complete the process on-site, without the need for excavation or disruption to the surrounding area. After the new pipe lining is complete, we survey the pipe with a robotic camera and cut out any junctions that have been covered over. This process usually only takes a day or two, and in most cases, home owners can go about their daily lives during the repairs.
