Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we specialize in trenchless or no-dig pipe repair, also known as pipe relining and rehabilitation. This method of plumbing offers numerous advantages over traditional methods, making it the ideal choice for a variety of plumbing issues such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe.Unlike traditional plumbing, pipe relining does not come with the hassle of excavation. Instead, a flexible textile liner saturated with resin is inserted into the inversion drum and then released into the damaged pipe using pressurized air or water. This process entirely lines the inside of the old pipe and effectively eliminates any existing or potential damage. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, although this process can be significantly shortened by passing warm water or steam through the liner. This creates a brand new, watertight pipe within the old one, providing a strong, permanent solution to your damaged or blocked pipes.Once the process is complete, a robotic camera is used to survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.
