Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand that traditional plumbing can be a hassle. That's why we offer modern, no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) to clear blocked drains, patch up damaged pipes, and repair junctions from one pipe to another.Our pipe relining process is quick and easy. We insert a flexible, resin-soaked textile liner into an inversion drum and release it into the damaged pipe with pressurised air or water. This completely lines the inside of the old pipe, sealing any existing or potential damage. To speed up the curing process, we pass warm water or steam through the liner. The end result is a brand-new, watertight pipe that's strong and permanent.Once the new pipe is in place, we survey the pipe with a robotic camera and cut out the junctions that have been covered by the relining process. This process usually takes one to two days and is conveniently done from our state-of-the-art trucks, which are equipped with the most advanced technology, including power, air, and water. Homeowners can go about their daily routine, knowing that their plumbing is in good hands.
